Introduction to the YSCA Coach Course
With the growing interest from young athletes to excel in sports, youth training has become a fundamental aspect of coaching.
At Strength & Conditioning Education, we have observed a lack of educational resources in Youth S&C training and have decided to take action!
Our team of mentors have extensive experience working with the young people and we have joined together to create the Youth S&C Coach Course.
Practical & Theory
Our course offers practical and theory based content all delivered in our fully online learning portal where we support you every step of the way. With all your learning being delivered by in the trenches practitioners from our experienced coaching team you’ll be fully competent training and coaching young people and able to set yourself up as a Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach at the end of the course.
We will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you have all the skills to begin your rewarding career.

Delivered fully online, this is a flexible, applicable and engaging short course that will leave you more confident and able to coach and deliver simple but effective movement programmes.
You will also have a far greater understanding of what is good practise which will stand you in good stead when overlooking your child’s training programme and working with practitioners and coaches in the future.
