The YSCA Pathway
From beginner to specialist our Youth Strength and Conditioning Pathway combines all 3 of our Youth Strength and Conditioning Courses (Youth S&C Assistant, Youth S&C Coach, and Youth S&C Specialist). This advanced pathway will teach you the basics of working with children and young adults within an S&C capacity before advancing your skills all the way through to specialist with in-depth training modules. By the end of this course, you’ll be confident in your ability to introduce strength and conditioning sessions to children and young adults under 18.

Start your journey right at the beginning and dive into the basics as a Youth S&C Assistant. Learn how to work with young people from the ages of 6-18 years old with the ‘Triple E’ coaching methodology.
